Coordinators
of ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR, and SENIOR STUDENT PROJECTS need to complete
& send in the required paperwork as indicated in this package.
Parents and Students can also send in copies of paperwork.

ME THE COPIES AND KEEP THE ORIGINALS WITH YOU.

have included copies of all forms in this year's packet.
Additional forms can be downloaded from the LR5SEF web site - www.lasciencefair.org
. All forms should be arranged in order. We need 2 copies
of the abstract. Place 2nd copy of the abstract right behind the
first copy. Both copies should be on TOP. ABSTRACTS
MUST INCLUDE STUDENT'S NAME, PROJECT TITLE, SCHOOL, AND PROJECT
PROFILE. Any project missing required forms will be
ineligible to win an award.

coordinators are reminded to observe regulations regarding projects
which involve people, animals, plants, and / or chemicals. If

Coordinators
of school fairs: Please ensure your fairs take place and the
paperwork is sent in by to the ultimate deadline of
(Pending). (unless cleared by myself)

you want a receipt, then please send a self addressed stamped envelope
with your registration. Receipts will NOT be given out on the
day of the fair.
