category..based on dicipline. There can be no more than
2 students per project. In addition, each student will
have to pay an entry fee of $25.00..for a total of $50.00 |

Parents:
You will sit in bleachers during judging, if space permits. Traveling Tom's Coffee Truck will be parked outside to purchase refreshments. There will be no other concessions or drinks available for purchase. Please feel free to leave after judging and booth activities to grab lunch and relax before the Awards Ceremony. Lunch is on your own. Campus and Ryan restaurants know you are coming.
Junior and Senior Division 1st and 2nd place winners will automaticsally move on to compete at the Louisiana State Science & Engineering Fair at LSU on April 7, 2026 and must stay after awards to get their original 1-B form signed to be able to register for State Science Fair. These students will need to visit the LSU website to register, but all paperwork will follow them digitally through the ZFairs platform. If Forms are incomplete, you will be disqualified by the state.
Senior Division Best of Show and Best of Senior Division, ear airfare, hotel and registration, plus food expenses - an estimated $4,000 prize package, to attend the ISEF, courtesy of the Region V Science & Engineering Fair. These students must stay for other paperwork regarding the ISEF. The 2026 International Science & Engineering Fair will take place May 9-15, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona. This is the premiere global pre-college science competition for high school students, showcasing projects across 22 STEM categories. If forms are incomplete, you will be disqualified.
All judging is FINAL! There is NO viewing of score sheets.
